Rayn McKerly's work is beautiful but is not really my cup of tea as i am more into hand building and casting rather than throwing. the colours he uses are beautiful,they are quite neutral and organic giving the piece a very soft finish. i feel Rayn's pieces would appeal to Saoirse and Gillian as they are very good at throwing and might be interesting in trying to throw there own vesels in these shapes and sizes. The glazing reminds me of Doms work as his glazes are always subtle and very nature inspired .
